SIFT / HOW WE WORK
Terms of use
Effective November 1, 2026
Using Sift
These terms apply to Sift at siftclub.cc, a music discovery and annotation tool by simplest.agency. By using Sift, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be able to agree to these terms under the laws that apply to you. Questions can be sent to infatuation.supply@gmail.com.
Sift’s current discovery, saving, annotation, and export features are free. Accounts are optional. We may change or discontinue features; any future paid offering will have its price and terms presented before you choose to purchase it.
Recordings and third-party services
Sift helps you find and refer to recordings hosted by third parties. Playback uses YouTube and is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Uploads may change, become unavailable, or be restricted by region. Catalog metadata may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Sift does not own the recordings, provide audio downloads, or grant rights to copy, sample, redistribute, or commercially use music. Saving a link or timestamp does not give you those rights. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions needed for your use of third-party material.
Your notes, library, and account
You retain any rights you have in your original notes and other material you add. When you choose to upload a backup, you permit us and our service providers to store, process, and return that material as needed to provide and secure the backup service. Do not upload material you are not entitled to provide.
Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Local data is tied to your browser and can be lost if you clear site data, change devices, or encounter a storage failure. Account backups are manual, not automatic synchronization. Keep independent exports of information that matters to you.
Our Privacy policy explains account data, analytics, retained backup revisions, and deletion requests.
Use the service responsibly
Do not use Sift to break the law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malicious code, access another person’s private data, bypass access controls, or deliberately overload the service. We may restrict access when necessary to address abuse, security issues, or legal requirements. You may stop using Sift at any time.
Availability and your rights
Sift is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free metadata, permanent availability of recordings, or that the service will meet every particular need. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws that apply to you.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes and will show the current effective date here. For questions, rights concerns, or account and backup removal requests, contact infatuation.supply@gmail.com.
